This 25,000-square-foot office for Biomed Realty rethinks workplace design through a more human, residential lens. Located in Kendall Square, the project balances the precision of a high-performance workplace with the comfort and fluidity of domestic space.


The plan organizes the floor into a dynamic “pinwheel” layout, pulling private offices away from the perimeter to unlock light, views, and shared zones across the space. The result is a more collaborative, breathable environment that prioritizes movement, interaction, and spatial clarity.


From architecture to interiors, furniture, and wayfinding, the project is fully integrated—delivering a cohesive experience at every scale.
