It’s ideal for clients seeking a highly detailed, custom design with fully developed interiors, millwork, and material selections. We provide extensive coordination with consultants and builders, ensuring seamless execution and meticulous attention to detail.

Architectural Design

(10-12% Of Construction Cost)

Standard Architectural Design & Documentation: This tier offers a balance of design customization and efficiency. It includes full architectural plans, permit-ready drawings, and material recommendations while streamlining construction oversight. Clients benefit from a thoughtful, well-resolved design with essential detailing and consultant coordination, making it a great choice for projects that require quality design without intensive oversight.

Conceptual Design

(5-7% Of Construction Cost)
Conceptual Design & Basic Documentation: This tier provides a strong design foundation with essential plans and documentation to guide construction. It includes space planning, layouts, and general material recommendations but does not include extensive detailing or construction oversight. It’s a great option for projects that require a clear design direction with a more streamlined architectural process.

Every project is different, and this approach allows you to choose the level of service that best fits your goals, budget, and desired level of architectural involvement. You can start at one tier and graduate to the next as needed, ensuring the right amount of design and oversight at every stage. Additionally, there are spaces in between these tiers that can be tailored on a project-by-project basis to create a truly customized approach.
